g a w With serious defects revealed (and others which may not yet be ayyarenti in the construction of the Dia'elo Nuclear Power Plhat, I am shocked that their license for low power testing remains in effect. The M LE proposal for an expert to scrutiaize the plans does not take into account 'elunders which may have occurred when the plans presumanly were 'seing fellowed. Only a physical inseection could do this. If the NEC is act to re-enact another Three Mile Island, real MEGULATION is necessary. Much at Diable has 'seen glossed over, is left undone and unaccounted for. Reconsideration of the isdom of locating a nuclear plant next to aa earthquake fault, for one thing, and revocation of the low'yewer test license for another, are a beginning for the NRC. . -.. ~... _.
