Applicants are in receipt of the Licensing Board's Order dated November 5, which establishes dates for the filing of contentions, response to contentions, and a pre-hearing conference in this proceeding.
Applicants' responses to Intervenors' contentions are due on December 30.
The intervening Christmas holidays will have the ef'fect of reducing the time which Applicants have to respond to Intervenors' contentions.
Consequently,. Applicants request that the Licensing Board require Intervenors to make arrange-ments to have their contentions in the hands of counsel for Applicants on December 9.
