- N u.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 50 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 issued to Boston Edison Company (the Licensee) which revised the Technical Spec;fications for i
operation of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1 (the facility) located near Plymouth, Massachusetts. The amendment was authoiized by, telephone or October 2,1981 and was confirmed by letter dated October 6,1981; t#erefore, the amendment became effective October 2,1931.
The amendment grants relief from the requirements of the Technical Specifica-
- tions (3.7.B.l.c, 3.7.B.l.e, 3.7.B.2.a and 3.7.B.2.c) regarding the operability requirements for the Standby Gas Treatment System and the Control Room High l
Efficiency Air Filtration System for the in'itiation of fuel movement and during fuel handling operations for the period October 3,1981 through October 19, 1981.
