addresses the evaluation findings of the exercise of the Diablo Canyon 4
Nuclear Power Plant offsite emergency response plans conducted on August 19, 1981.
San Luis Obispo County, in cooperation with the Federal Emergency ManagementAgency(FEMA),StateOfficeofEmergencyServices(0ES),
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), and PRC Voorhess, has reviewed those findings reflecting recomendations for corrective action and inte-grated them into planning, training, and drilling activities.
The corrective action plan indicates four (4) major corrective actions:
drills / training, and 4)ge Standard Operating Procedures (50P's), 3) cond
- 1) change plan, 2) chan secure additional equipment.
The agency responsi-bility 'for each action is also indicated.
The tentative schedule for completion of the (.orrective acticns is as follows:
