In response to your letter of July 9,1981, we are requesting that the information on the enclosed attachment be deleted from the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 1 Emergency Plan and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. This information contained in the plan is applicable to both Units 1 and 2.
In accordance with your letter, any future submittals that contain privacy or proprietary material will be bracketed and identified.

RE: Privacy and Proprietary Material in the Emergency Plans (Generic Letter No. 81-27)
In response to the referenced letter dated July 9,1981, we submit that Alabama Power Company's Emergency Implementing Procedure, FNP-0-EIP-8, Noti-ffcation Roster is the only emergency implementing procedure that contains material that would be considered private or proprietary within the definiticn in the referenced letter. The Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan does not contain private or proprietary material.
FNP-0-EIP-8 does contain verification methods and a comprehensive listing of company and non-company support personnel with office and home telephone numbers.
Therefore, based on the concerns expressed e the sub,iect letter, it is hereby requested that the complete Alabama Power Company's ".nergency Imple-menting Procedure, FNP-0-EIP-8, Notification Roster, and all revisions thereto, be withheld from public disclosure.
