Technical Specification Change.
Request No. 95 The contractor responsible for designing and 6evcloping out overhead grid spargers has experienced some delays in the develop-ment of essential documents associated with that project.
For this reason, performance evaluation, and proposed technical specification changes will be sent to you no later than January 4, 1982. We had indicated during the April 15, 1981 meeting with you in Bethesda that this information would be made available to you in the early Fall of 1981.
