Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This letter is intended to meet the requirements of IE Bulletin 81-02 Supplement 1, as it pertains to our CP on North Anna Unit 3.
We have responded on IE Bulletin 81-02 with a letter dated June 18, 1981. Serial No. 253/NA3, Docket No. 50-404. We will not use the Westinghouse Electro-Mechanical manufactured motor operated valves in Safety Related Systems.
Careful attention to specifications and application of all equip-ment in Safety Related Sy. stems will continue in order to avoid miss-application as identified in the 81-02 Supplement 1 bulletin.
