SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS OCTOBER, 1981 The unit continued to be shutdown through the month of October for repair of the main generator.

-The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the.

month of October:

1.

Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.

'2.

Implemented design change which reset overcurrent trip setpoints on all accumulator discharge. valve feeder breakers.

3.

Performed weld repair of a 2" RHR letdown line located downstream of the 'A' RHR heat exchanger.

4.

Performed vibration analysis on 1C charging pump.

5.

Performed various design changes required by NUREG-0737.
