This letter is in response to the findings noted in Inspection Report 81-06 received August 31, 1981. The inspection was performed by Mr.
G. A. Todd of your office on June 29 through July 2,1981.
A ten-day extension in response time.was granted by Gene Coryell. The new response date is September 30, 1981.
During the course of.the inspection, three items of noncompliance were identified.
Since the response to those items is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), specific discussion of the findings is being forwarded as Attachment I to this letter.
