Report No. 70-1201/81-06 This refers to your letter of September 30, 1981, which responded to the Notice of Violation sent to you with our letter of August 21, 1981, concerning activi-ties authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1168.

With regard to Violation A, we have examined your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. With regard to Violations B and C, we have not completed our evaluation of your response comments concerning our classification of this inspection finding as a violation. We will forward to you the results of our completed evaluation and conclusion in a separate letter.
