Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Inspection Report 81-12 In our letter to you on September 12, 1981 (LL2-81-0224) regarding response to the subject Inspection Report,we indicated we would submit our response by October 2, 1981. The development of our response has not progressed as quickly as anticipated and therefore is not prepared for submittal. We will, however, submit our response by October 9, 1981. This is as discussed by Mr. S. D. Chaplin of our Licensing Department and Mr. R. J. Conte, Senior Resident inspector 'IMIPO, USNRC on October 2,1981.
