Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The referenced Inspection Report identified five vioistions related to physical security at the Fort Calhoun Station. Omaha Public Power District's response to the five violations is attached.
The information contained herein is deemed to be " commercial or financial information" within the meaning of 10 CFR 5 9.5(a)(4), as specified in 10 CFR 5 2.790(d)(1). Accordingly, the District requests that it be withheld from disclosure in its entirety pursuant to the provisions of that section.
