Gentlemen:
Attached is an addendum consisting of a Confirmatory Measurements data
sheet for Inspection Report Nos. 50-254/81-15; 50-265/81-15 transmitted
by our letter dated July 31, 1981. The results include bets analysis of
a liquid sample counted by our Reference Laboratory and gamma analysis
of a spiked particulate sample.
Please attach the addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
We will gladly answer any questions regarding this addendum.
