Submittal is in accordance with Section 6.9.2a of Appendix A to the Provisional Operating 1_icense DPR-13.
Om ion the shutdown for the safety injection repair it was noted that Ho. 2 r.rquencer f ailed to operate during testing.
It was determined that this was a neul t of the sequencer logic card being locked up due to an abnormal reser. tion operation.
