In light of the latest findings in Pacific Cas & Ilectric's Diatlo Canyon nuclear power plant, I strongly urge you to revoke the low-power test license wnica you granted to the company on Septeater 21.
I live in the evacuation zone south of the plant (with no adequate evacuation plan d, and am very much cancerned with the safety factor. If this faulty placement of the seismic pipe restraint systems in Unit i of the plant is any indication of ho'= the cost was put together, I feel that you should really denwesd a : note rigid system of checxs and inspections before allowing even a low. power test license.
