'b The U. S. Departnent of Energy is sponsoring U. S. - French Bilateral Discussions on fluclear Terrorism during.the period October 13 through October 23, 1981. A primary feature of these discussions is a series of visits by the French delegation to sample DOE and NRC facilities.
Peach Bottom has been suggested as the sample flRC licensed facility to be visited on October 22, 1981.
In this regard please note that the NRC strongly supports bilateral discussions regarding the physical protection of nuclear activities.
Itessrs. Yves Duvaux, and Pierre de Mazancourt will be representing the French government on this visit. Ifr. Duvaux is the Defense Counselor for the flinister of Industry. Mr. de liazancourt is with the Office of the Science Attache', in the French Erbassy. Both are French citizens.
The following representatives of DOE will be accompanying.the French delegation:

Visitors will not enter radiation areas.
