Gentlemen:
Isotopic Analysis, Incorporated of Tulsa, Oklahoma in response to the Order to Modify License issued February 11, 1981 shall comply with said Order in accordance with Section V(2) of said Order.
Isotopic Analysis, Incorporateds' Special Nuclear Materials Li-cense No. SNM-791 is due to be renewed on November 30, 1981.
The Licensee shall submit, on or before the renewal date, an application for license amendment which shall reduce the Licensee's pos session limits for'radilactive ma terials below those s pecified in enclosure 2 of said Order. Specifically, the Licensee shall re-quest removal of authorization for the possession of Plutonium in any form or quantity. The Licensee has not possessed any Pluton-ium since 1975, and ha. determined that the reduction of possession limits shall best enable the Licensee to meet the requirements of said Order.
