This is in response to your letter of September 25, 1981 and the Appendix attached thereto, " Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties", in connection with a radiation incident at Union Electric Company's Labadio Plant.
Enclosed are a) an original and two copics of the Affidavit of James B.
Honeywell, Plant Superintendent of Labadie Plant and b) Union Electric Company's check in the amount of
$2,000 covering payment of the Civil Penalty Violations designated I.A.
and I.B.
in the Appendix.
