By letter dated July 29, 1981, we informed your Company that an additional total sum of $11.100 was due for your April 10 and 24,1981 Change Requests 100 and 101 for THI-1. We have not received the requested fees; therefore, they should be remitted to our office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
In addition, we have received a copy of your Change Request No.106 dated July 23,1981, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This request relates to hot functional testing prior to Cycle 5 criti-cality. A Class II fee of $1,200 was remitted with this application because it was determined to be administrative in nature. The request was approved on July 27,1981, by Amendment No. 69 to Operating License No. DPR-50. Based on a final review of this application by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that the review involved consideration of a single safety issue; therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable in lieu of the Class II that was paid. Conse-quently, it is requested that your Company remit an additional sum of $2,800 to our office.
