1981, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full I
compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
10 CFR Part 21 states in the paragraphs noted that each individual, partner-ship, corporation or other entity subject to the regulations in this part shall: 21.6-post copies of specified documents; 21.21-adopt appropriate i
procedures; and 21.31-assure that each procurement document, when applicable, specifies that the provisions of 10 CFR Part 21 apply.
