Enclosed are revisions to pages 90 and 91 of the Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test Report, dated April 4, 1977.
The revisions, indicated by a vertical bar in the margin, are as follows:
1)
Page 90 - the September 14, 1975 test data for penetrations N231 A & B was not included in the report.
2)
Page $1 - the test on MSIV 80B was incorrectly reported as taking place on December 29, 1976.
The correct data should be December 26, 1976 with 282 SCCM leakage.
