itt. QUEST - STATION ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM VOLTAGE & DEGRADED GRID VOLTAGE Attached are three (3) original and thirty-seva. (37) copies of a request to change the Big Rock Point Plant Technical Specifications. The enclosed change provides the additional surveillance requirements for the 2400 volt bus undervoltage trip system as committed in our August 26, 1981 letter. The commitment was provided in response to your letter dated July 7,1981 requesting additional information concerning the adequacy of station e3.ectric distribution system volta;; and degraded grid protection.
This letter also incorporates the changes specified in Consumers Power Company request for change dated February 3,1981 and therefore supersedes the February 3, 1981 letter. The requested change is required to make the Big Rock Point Technical Specifications accurately reflect the "as-built" condition of the plant and its surveillance requirements. Consumers Power Company letter dated December 12, 1980 provided information relative' to the under-voltage protection modification.
