The Commission's Office of the Controller hss been authorized to refund the Class II ($1,200) and Class I ($400) license amendment fees for Hatch 1 and 2 which were sent with your application dated July 23, 1981 for amendment of the Security Plan for tnese facilities. The refund will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
The above refund has been authorized because the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (OliRR)) review staff has advised us that the changes are pursuant to 10 OR 50.54(p and, therefore, do not require ONRR approval.
