SUBJECT:

Information Request Regarding Station

[p\\D Blackout, Unresolved Safety Issue A-44, Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3

Dear Mr. Stolz:

The information raquested by your July 9, 1981 letter (for determining the reliability of the onsite standby diesel generators), is attached in the form of four tables.

The information was extracted from surveillance test reports, log books and annual modification reports and to the best of our knowledge, represents all the data available on our four diesel generators.

Two of the LER's (80-011 and 78-041) submitted by the referenced request have not been addressed since they did not directly apply to the diesel generators.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Very truly yours, l
