Dear Mr. Varga:
In response to your letter of August 31, 1981, Docket No 50-286, we are "orwarding herewith the additional information you requested.
Enclosed you will find five (5) copies of the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan which is submitted in accordance with previous correspondence and request of the Nuclear Reactor Regulations branch and is to replace the entire existing security plan.
This submittal is forwarded under separate cover and is identified as proprietary information pursuant to parts 2.790 (d) and 9.5 (a) (4), Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
It is requested that upon teceipt of this correspondence you inventory the contents and return enclosure #2 to the Power Authority's Director of Security, Mr. William F. Harrington.
