Each 11SC contains two fuel assemb1i en and are licensed ac dancribed in our license applice':fon under Unc Cortification #2986, Rev. 1 Docket #71-4986.
The fur anneubiles will remain in the MSC until they are on the refuel loor.
The fout MSCu are loaded on the transfer basket in a verti al poultion, diametrically opposed with the closest npacing between the MScri being ipproximately 1.5 feet.
Only one transfer banket will be in tranni.L from the trackway to the refuel floor n any one time.

The uchedule' projection in bane <' on the fact that all major construction and pre-opecational tents necennary for fuel receipt will have been com-pleted.
Our fuel stornge contcact with Gencral Electric coincid"9 with this schedule and we must be able to accept shipment of the fuel at this time.
Since both dates are relatively close we are requesting our SNM 1icense for both units at the same time.
