This is to confirm the conversation on October 1,1981, between Mr. D. M.
Hunnicutt of this office and Mr. Richard L. Andrews of your office con-cerning the management meeting scheduled for December 9,1981.
The management meeting will be held e' 9:00 a.m. (CST) on December 9,1981, at your District offices. The purpose cf this meeting is to discuss the annual performance evaluation of your activities at the Fort Calhoun Station facility.
The annual performance evaluations are made in accordance with the require-ments of Task I.B.2 of the "NRC Action Plan Developed as a Result of the THI-2 Accident" (NUREG-0660), and the HRC's program entitled the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP).
Our intent is that this meeting will provide a forum for candid discussions of issues relating to your performance.
You are encouraged to have the following management representatives participate in the meeting:
The corporate manager responsible for overall facility operations.
The corporate managers responsible for major functional areas (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, Security).
