3rystal River Unit 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 Amendment No. 53 to Crystal River Unit 3 FSAR
Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
On January 14, 1980, Florida Power Corporation submitted Amendment No. 53 to the Crystal River Unit 3 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for your review.
Since the changes to the FSAR proposed by Amendment No. 53 will be reflected in the FSAR update per 10 CFR Part 50.71 (e)
" Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities:
Mainte-nance of Records Making of Reports", Florida Power Corporation hereby withdraws the request for review of Amendment No. 53.
Also, FPC requests a refund of the licensing fee of the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) submitted with the request for i
review of Amendment No. 53.
