This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Acendment No. 5 to Topical Report No. DUKE-1-f. (Quality Assurance Program) which was submitted to the Of# ice of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0HRR) for review on March 30 and June 1,1981. We understand that tha ONRR staff completed the review of this anendment on July 14, 1981. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $741 based on review time involving 19 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller.
When making payment, please make referenca to the Controller's invoice number.
