We have received a copy of your application dated August 26,1981, which was filed with the Office of Huclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested approval for use of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case H-307 to inspect vessel studs for the Fort Calhoun Station.
Unit No. 1 facility.
Fees pursuant to 170.22 of 10 CFR were not remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their Class III fee ($4,000)your application, it has been detemined that a preliminary review of is applicable because the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue. Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to our office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that this fee is not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustment will be made.
