To Wtom It May Concern, I am writing to protest tie licensing of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear facility.

I am frightened, not only for myself but for my c.' ildren s! ould I decide to become a mot' er.

I feel T' e NRC F as no regard, no conscience concerning tFe real dangers of nuclear accidents as tFey af fect people.

The empFasis is clearly on business, people are expendable.

I urge you to reconsider t!e decision to place Diablo Canyon on line.

I am frigFtened, and I am not alone.
