A.
10 CPR 19. ll (a ) requires that each licensee shall post current copies of the following documents:
(1) *he regulations in this nart and in Part 20 of this chapter; (2) the license, license conditions, or documents incorporated into a license by reference, and amendments thereto; (3) the operating nrocedures applicable to licensed activities.
10 CFP 19.ll(b) states that if posting of a document specified in paragraph (a ) (1), (2) or (3) of this section is not practicable, the licensee may post a notice which 'escribes the docunent and states where it na y be exa mined.
Contrary to the above r equir eme nt s, at the time of the inspec tion,
the above documents were neither posted in the RTG Storage Facility where licensed material is stored nor in Building 626 where keys must be obtained te gain access to the RTG Storaqe Facility, nor was there a notice which describes the docunents and states where they may be exa mined.
This is a Feverity Level VI viola ti on (9upplement VII).

10 CFD 14. ll (c ) requ ires that Fo rn NRC - 3 Notice to nmnloyees', shall he posted by each licensee wherever individuals work in or frequent any portion of a restricted area.
Contrary to the above recuironent, at the time of the inspection, a Forn 'IRC-3 was not posted in Building 626 or in the RTG Storaqe Facility, a restricted area, where licensei material is stored.
This is a Severity Level VI violation (Supplement VII).
C.
License Condition 13 states, except as specifically provided otherwise by this license, the licensee shall possess and use licensed material in accordance with statements, representations, and orocedures contained in application dated May 2 3, 1978; letter dated July 11, 1979; aryplica t ion dated September 26, 1980; and letters dated Februa ry 23, 1981 and June 1, 1981.
