PBRD-50-553/81-28, -554/81-21 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Region II Inspector P. A. Taylor on September 11, 1981 as NCR PBNP 271. In accordance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, we are enclosing our first interim report on the subject deficiency. We consider.10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this condition. TVA anticipates submitting the next report on or before November 17, 1981.
