Updating of the Comanche Peak Application for Operating License On September 30, 1981, the NRC issued Amendments Ho. 4 to Construction Permits CPPR-126 and *.,PPR-127 to approve the addition of Tex-La Electric Cooperative, Inc. as a cc-owner for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2.
With that action we understand that the ownership interests given in the Acendments No. 4 reficct the present relationship among the co-owners.
Further, we have no knowledge of any plans to alter these ownership interests in the future.
Accordingly, we request that you amend the application for operating licenses to describe the co-owners /co-applicants as they are presently authorized.
Your response to this requect should be submitted within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
