This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill the Authority for the review of Revision 4 to Topical Report No. TVA-TR75 Quality Assurance Program Description which was submitted to the Office of liuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review on April 1,1930. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of this revision on August 18, 1980. Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21. Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $1.482.00 based on review time involving 38 professional man-hours at $39.00 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will bc sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon ycur receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making paymant, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
We ragret the lateness of this billing. In the future, we are striving to avoid significant delay between the time the ONRR staff completes the review and the time the invoice is sent to you for payment.
