3, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana by the Louisiana Pomr and Light Company.
Copies of NUREG-0779 are available for inspection by the public in the Comission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. and in the University of New 0* leans Library, Louisiana Collection, Lakefront, New Orleans, Louisiana.
