The Corxilssion has issued the enclosed Order that _ authorizes you to dis-nantle the Califomia Polytechnic. State University AGN-201 Training Reactor in accordance with your application dated April 30,1981, as revised by letter dated September 8,1981. The dismantling plan replaces the Technical Speci-l fications in their entirety. He will consider termination of License No.
R-121 when fuel and radioactive sources have been shipped offsite to author-ized receivers, the reactor has been dismentled and residual. radioactivity has been reduced to levels specified 1.n your dismantling plan.
j The related Safety Evaluation, Environmental Impact Appraisal..and !!egative Declaration are also enclosed.
A copy of the Order and flegative Declaration are being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
