Dear Sir:
l In respcmse to verbal advise by Peter Ericson of your office on September 2,1981, it is requested that our Dismantling and Disposal Plan be amended to include the following information.
On Page 8, SectionIII. Storage of Fuel at CPSU/SIO. Retitle this section as Packaging and Shipnent of Fuel at CPSU/SIO.
A.
Preparation and packaging of all fuel disks, control rod fuel raterial and the Ra-Be start-up source will be done under the supervision of the.SRO on site in cooperation with the campus Radiation Safety Officer in accordance with current USNRC and DOT regulations.
