taken to correct the violations concerning activities under f1RC Operatir.g License
flos. NPF-5 and DPR-57 brought to your attention in our letter of August 17, 1981.
Regarding violation B it is our understanding per telephone conversation on
September 25, 1981 between Mr. R. F. Rogers, Hatch Senior Resident 7,:spector and
Mr. J. T. Beckham, Jr., Vice President and General flanager Nuclear Jeneration,
that you will perfona a review of similiar valve related surveillance requirements
to assure that Technical Specification requirements are being met. We will
examine 'your corrective action and plans during subsequent inspections.
