Dear Mr. Palladino:
This letter requests that a license not be granted for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's operation of a nuclear power plant at Diablo Canyon in San Luth doispo County.
The site of the proposed plant is subject to seismic disturbances and poses a severe hazard in the event of an earthquake.
I sincerely hope that the NRC will act to insure _Ch,!t the lives of West Coast residents.
