The Commission
- was briefed by staff on the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance Report (SALP) (SECY-81-505).
Although no action was taken by the Commission, the Chairman noted that the Commission would reflect on the discussion before deciding whether or not to release the SALP report to the public.
