NRC Docket File: LPDR/PDR When the HRC Staff filed its testimony on October 10, 1981, it inadvertently neglected to include Table 1 and Attachment I to the "IIRC Staff Testimony of Dr. Reginald L. Gotchy Concerning The Increased Risk of Cancer and Hon-Cancerous Effects From Appendix I Levels of Radiation." Table 1 and Attachaent I are enclosed. Also enclosed is the "Testinony of Thomas Urbanik on Evacuation Tine Esticate Study for Allens Creek" (Emergency Planning -

Schuessler Contention 1) which was delayed in the nail. Finally, the Staff's testinony on Board Question - Reg. Guide 1.54 and Stainless Steel Cleaning (Donerty 43) will not be submitted until sone apparent confusion regarding the Applicant's couaitment to couply with the guidance of Reg. Guide 1.64 is cleared up.

Clarifying information is expected in the next several days and we should be able to subait this testinony within a week.

Depending on when tnis testinony is filed, we uay rewst leave of the Board to present it as originally scheduled, on October 29, 1981, because it is linked with the IGSCC and IGSCC/ Water Hauner testiuony which is scheduled on that saae day.
