The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment tio.0 2 to Facility Operating License Ho. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit !b.1.
This anendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated 11 arch 27,1981, as supplenented August 3, 1981.
The amendment increases the required reactor shutdown n'argin during cold shutdown conditions.
Ccpies of the Safety Evaluation and the llotice of Issuance are also enclosed.
