Dear Sir:
On October 2, 1981, Joint Applicants Arizona Public Service Company, Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Powo: District, Southern California Edison Company, El Paso Electric Company, and Public Service Company of New Mexico served the above-referenced document in the operating license proceeding for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
In footnote 1 at page 4 of the above-referenced document, Joint Applicants referred to two unpublished crders issued in 1977 by the New Mexico Public Service Commission in connection with the participation by the Public Service Company of New Mexico and the El Paso Electric Company in the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
Joint Applicants stated in the footnote that copies of these two unpublished orders would be furnished shortly.
