Change Application 79 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
l This License Change Application has 'een evaluated to be a Class II amendment request and a check for $1,200 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
PCE has transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 79 to the Chief Executive of the County in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
Th N License Change Application is submit.ted to request technical speci-fication revisions in the Trojan Nuclear Plant Fire Protection Program.
