J01shinski The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendnent No.68 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 for the Zicn Station, Unit No.1. The amendment consists ot* changes to the Technical Specification-in response to your application transmittod by letter dated September 25, 1931.
This amendment allows a teuporary change to the Technical Specifications to pernit reserve offsite powr to be backfed' through the stations nain trans-forr.or in the event Unit No.1 uust be shutdown while the Unit flo. 2 system auxiliary transfon.er is being repaired.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
