Thank you for your letter of March 27, 1081, in response to our letter dated March 11, 1981.
As a result of our review, we find that additional infonnation, as discussed with your Mr. L. B.
Roberts, during a telephone call on April 28, 1981, is needed.
Specifically, regarding Item B of the Notice of Nonconformance:
Please provide a written statement containing, (1) a description of steps that have been or wi-ll be taken to correct the identified Repair Request Forms, (2) a description of steps that have been or will be taken to prevent recurrence of movement and repair of items on improperly processed Repair Request Forms, and (3) the dates your corrective actions and preventive measures were or will be completed.
Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this let:er, in order that we may com-plete our review.
Also, we understand that: (1) your newly developed procedure for 10 CFR Part 21 will address the concerns identified in Item A of the Notice of Violation, and (2) your revised general operation procedure will address approval signatures of Primary Extrusion Operating Guidelines, which was the concern of Item C of the Notice of Nonconformance.
