We have reviewed this report and are satisfied with the investigative and corrective actions which have taken place; however, we are interested in any further actions which might be taken as a result of the review of your NDA system for waste. Therefore, we hereby request that you inform us of any significant developments and/or decisions resulting from your review of this measurement system.

If you have any questions regarding this request, please feel free to contact either Mr. Huff or Mr. Bartz of my staff.

We have determined that the attachment to your letter dated February 27, 1981 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infonnation is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
