Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 17 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests several minor changes and corrections to the Technical Specifications and Environmental Technical Specifications for Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, enclosed is a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
