NRC ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE This will confirm the telephone conversation between you and Mr. R. Thomas on September 16, 1991 concerning an enforcement conference to be held between NRC management and the management of Smith Emery Company. The meeting has been scheduled for 9:00 am on Friday, September 25, 1981 at the NRC Regional Office located at 1990 North California Blvd., Walnut Creek, California.
The following matters will be discussed with you:
- 1. Items of noncompliance associated with the la'st inspection.
- 2. Compliance history of Smith Emery Company.
- 3. NRC actions to be taken in present situation.
- 4. Enforcement options us11able to the NRC.
- 5. Possible future actions by NRC.
